This is not a people management position. It is a hands-on creative role for someone who sets the bar through the work itself. You will bring ideas to life through exceptional design and art direction, elevating everything we put into the world with a sharp eye and a high standard for craft. As a Lead Creative, Design, you will be a key creative voice on the Brand Creative team, partnering closely with writers, designers, editors, and cross-functional teams to concept and execute bold, effective work. You will help shape visual direction, contribute to early-stage ideas, and ensure that every output feels intentional, cohesive, and distinctly Ro.
