Responsibilities Position : Mobility Specialist Location: Mercy Hospital – Miami Pay rate: $16.00/hr As a Mobility Specialist , you are the front-line representative of Metropolis Parking, serving as the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist customers in navigating and enrolling in Metropolis’ parking technology while delivering courteous, professional service. This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment. Mobility Specialists also play a key role in ensuring compliance with parking policies, maintaining lot and garage conditions, and supporting the overall operations of Metropolis facilities.
