Full Time-  The Outpatient Clinic Manager for CTS will assist other members of the Outpatient Clinic team in daily operations including, but not limited to, the duties listed below.   The Outpatient Clinic Manager will report directly to the Area Director. ·          Assist with recruitment of new therapists, responsible to train, supervise, and monitor quality and production levels of site staff.   ·          Communicate and ensure compliance with company polices and procedures, address performance and disciplinary issues.   ·
