Patient Care Coordinator Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine At a glance Pay:  $19 to $21/hour (based on experience) Schedule:  Monday through Friday, afternoons with flexibility to open or close Hours: Full-time, 36 to 40 hrs/week Time off: 19 days off per year (PTO, sick time, and 6 paid holidays combined) Locations: Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale Start date:  ASAP We’re looking for a true people person to join our team.
