Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Ontario, CA, to recruit Primary Care Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment serving a diverse community. Reporting to the CMO, the Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, perform health assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and collaborate with patients and care teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Schedule: Full-Time | 36 Clinical Hours + 4 Administrative Hours  Monday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (12 hours) Tuesday: Off (or 4 remote administrative hours after onboarding) Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (12 hours)
