As a growing organization managing multiple programs—including our Peer Support Agencies and Step-Up Step-Down residential program—we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Bookkeeper (Full-Charge) to support our financial operations. Position Overview This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing the full bookkeeping cycle, and supporting multi-entity accounting across programs. The ideal candidate brings strong QuickBooks experience, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to keep financial systems organized, compliant, and audit-ready in a mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and categorize invoices, manage vendor payments, and ensure accurate invoicing to the State and other funding sources Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) for leadership Payroll Processing: Process payroll through a third-party provider, review timesheets, and ensure accurate tax calculations and reporting Transac
