Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Geneva, NY. Start date 06/02/2026 for a 14-week contract. Shifts are 2×12 rotating evenings, with every other weekend and holiday. Weekly pay ranges from $670 to $697 per week. There are no guaranteed hours. The assignment is in a skilled nursing facility and requires NY LPN licensure and current BLS certification. Key Highlights – Weekly pay: $670-$697 per week – Contract duration: 14 weeks – Shift: 2×12 rotating evenings; part-time evenings with EOW/holiday as scheduled – Start date: 06/02/2026 – Setting: Skilled nursing facility (long-term care) – Orientation: Must be able to begin full-day orientation Responsibilities – Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse – Collect data on residents’ physical and psychosocial status and communicate findings to the RN and Interdisciplinary Team – Contribute to a developmentally appropriate, culturally relevant plan of care, involving the resident/family and healthcare team – Recommend revisions to the plan of care based on resident outcomes and coordinate referrals as needed – Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction – Maintain current knowledge and competency through continuing education and in-service programs; assist with mentoring/orientation of staff Requirements – Active NY Licensed Practical Nurse licensure – BLS certification through American Heart Association or RQI – Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting – Ability to provide care to adult and geriatric residents – Must be able to begin full-day orientation – Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled Benefits and Support
