Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Travel in Utica, NY. This 13-week travel assignment starts May 18, 2026, with a weekly pay range of $1,416 to $1,499 and 37.5 guaranteed hours per week. Evening shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will float to all units within the building as needed and care for residents with diverse needs, including MS, ortho, dementia, and memory care. Active NY LPN license and BLS, plus 1 year of long-term care experience, are required. EMR used: PointClick Care.
