Overview Physical Therapist – Travel assignment in Everett, Washington. Start date: 06/01/2026. Length: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,252–$2,397 per week. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (per Job Notes). Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. This assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Key Highlights – Weekly pay: $2,252–$2,397 per week – Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week – Contract duration: 13 weeks – Shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (per Job Notes) – Start date: 06/01/2026 – Setting: LTC – Nursing Home Responsibilities – Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and create individualized plans of care for residents in a long-term care setting. – Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and daily living activities. – Reassess residents regularly, document progress, and update treatment plans accordingly. – Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (nurses, physicians, therapy assistants) to coordinate care and optimize outcomes. – Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to facility policies; maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record. – Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and supportive strategies to promote independence. Requirements – Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent. – Active physical therapy license in Washington or eligibility for licensure. – Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience; geriatrics/LTC experience preferred. – Ability to work effectively in a long-term care/nursing home environment. – CPR/BLS certification preferred or as required by the employing facility. – Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document clearly and comply with regulatory standards.
