Job Description Duties: Clinical Support Prepare patients for examination, including rooming, and documenting chief complaints, intake. Assist the provider during examinations and procedures as needed. Ensure accurate and timely documentation support within the EMR (e.g., eDerm). Maintain clean and organized treatment areas at each facility. Assist with specimen handling and proper labeling per protocol. Support patient education as directed by the provider. Patient Intake & Documentation Complete patient intake, including verification of demographics, insurance (if applicable), medical history, medications, and allergies. Accurately document patient information, visit notes, and updates in the EMR in real-time or as directed. Assist the provider with additional charting, including entering visit details, procedures, and follow-up instructions. Ensure charts are complete, accurate, and ready for provider review and sign-off. Maintain compliance with documentation standards and clinical protocols. Patient Flow & C
