Warehouse Associate Location: Auburn, MA Salary: $22/hour Optional Overtime Annual Profit Sharing Benefits Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, Life, Short/Long Disability, 401k w/match, PTO Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm ET (flexible) Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship & Relocation: Not available Warehouse Associate Description Our client in the industrial industry is looking for a Warehouse Associate to add to their team in Auburn, MA. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will receive inbound materials, fulfill customer orders, and support safe and efficient material handling operations. This is not a traditional pick-and-pack warehouse role. You will work with industrial materials, precision measurements, material processing equipment, and specialized handling procedures in a safety and quality-driven environment. If you have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and enjoy hands-on work in a team-oriented environment, this could be a great long-term opportunity. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities • Receive and inspect inbound materials • Verify accuracy against purchase orders • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments • Move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, cranes, or carts • Process materials by cutting, measuring, and entering data into systems • Measure materials using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures • Package materials for shipment using appropriate methods (crates, skids, cylinders)
