Thompson Law is seeking a bilingual receptionist for our Dallas office to provide exceptional front desk service, manage incoming calls, and support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks in a fast-paced personal injury law firm environment. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM The Position: This position is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, answering calls, and performing administrative tasks such as mail distribution and document scanning. Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors professionally and ensure a welcoming reception area. Answer and route incoming calls from clients and other parties. Organize and distribute office mail; scan and file documents accurately. Prepare basic correspondence and assist with administrative tasks. Deliver superior client service both in person and over the phone. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff. Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).<
