Job Description We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of three years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate has direct experience handling discovery, medical records management, and case preparation in personal injury matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, strict deadline management, independent work capacity, and a commitment to high-level client service. This is not an entry-level administrative role. This position requires an experienced litigation professional who can independently manage deadlines, discovery, and medical documentation with precision and urgency. Core Responsibilities Manage cases from pre-suit through litigation filing. Draft, review, and manage discovery demands and responses. Prepare Bills of Particulars, authorizations, and related litigation documents. Coordinate and track medical treatment, records, and billing documentation. Maintain accurate damages tracking and medical tabs within Litify. Organize medical records chronologically by provider. Ensure all litigation deadlines are calendared and met without supervision. Prepare exhibits and assist with trial p
