Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, parking areas, loading and unloading zones, platforms, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
