Teaching Responsibilities Develops and implement lesson plans aligned to the Common Core and California State standards as well as the Diocese of San Diego Religion Standards Uses a variety of instructional techniques and materials, which are appropriate to meet the needs of all students and understands the value of differentiating instruction Administers periodic assessments to evaluate and improve each student’s academic skills and social growth Organizes classroom systems/procedures and manages student behavior to ensure all students are safe, fully engaged and learning Collaborates with resource staff for the purpose of attaining goals designated in students’ IEPs and 504 plans Maintains a neat and clean classroom environment.
