Key Responsibilities After Training Apply and process customer payments accurately and on time Communicate with customers to resolve invoice questions Assist with collections in a professional, customer-focused manner Request and issue refunds, credits and apply accordingly Prepare customer statements and basic reports Support additional accounting functions as you grow in the role Requirements Ability to learn and willingness to adapt Clear communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, and Word Education & Experience Highschool diploma or GED Coursework or interest in accounting, finance, or business a plus Hours Full-time Days, Monday – Friday Onsite in Burnsville, MN Wages: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) or Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health insurance plan options Tax Advantaged Account
