Basic Qualifications Associate’s degree in business or technical field or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience is required, plus 3 years of relevant work experience.; Prior production leadership experience is preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is required within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Utilizing your fundamental knowledge of production activities, the Advanced Manufacturing Coach Associate will act as a lead/supervisor by coordinating the day-to-day workflow of subordinate nonexempt workers who put together component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, packaging or completed units.
