We’re building a next-generation AI operations platform designed to transform how our firm and portfolio companies operate. We’re looking for a versatile architect and engineer to join Interplay as an Associate, leading the buildout of multiple AI-powered products and solutions that support each of our business lines (Ventures, Accelerator, Studio, and Ascend). WHAT YOU’LL DO Speak with each business line manager and map out their product needs. Utilize “Super Man” analysis to design products to do more with less. Architect and strengthen the AI capabilities across Interplay. Write and edit production code across APIs, MCPs, integrations, and frontends. Design scalable, secure, multi-tenant architecture. Build data pipelines and dashboards for portfolio intelligence. Embed LLM-powered automation into core workflows. Build a creative engineering culture focused on speed, quality, and reliability.
