Description Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Lead Teacher for our Before & After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt LOCATION: Mason Elementary School in Mason, NH PAY: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour HOURS: 7:00 – 8:45 am and 3:15 – 6:00 pm Featured Benefit: Employer-Paid Childcare Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Position Responsibilities The Before and After School Program team is responsible for: Creating and facilitating hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, academic enrichment, art, and group activities Assisting students with homework Providing a safe, healthy, clean, and fun environment Serving as a positive role model for children in the program Arriving prepared and remaining on-site until the last child is dismissed Communicating daily with parents and families via the Playground App Following state regulations, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies Supporting attendance tracking, registration, and staffing as needed Requirements MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13. Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB. Must be warm, f
