Job Summary Performs QA and training to improve facility operations. Develops performance reports and statistical data to gauge process improvements. Coordinates and conducts educational programs on various computer systems. Regularly rounds to ensure compliance and provide timely training. Implements recommended process changes at departmental and staff levels for success.
