  Fitness Coach & Membership Advisor 386 Fitness    Port Orange, FL About Us  386 Fitness is a coaching-based gym in Port Orange dedicated to helping everyday people get stronger, healthier, and more confident in a supportive environment. We are home to CrossFit 386, but our mission goes beyond one training style. We work with a wide range of members, from complete beginners to experienced athletes, and we are building a team that can help us grow while delivering an exceptional member experience. About the Role We are hiring a Fitness Coach & Membership Advisor to join our team in a hybrid role that combines coaching, lead follow-up, new member onboarding, and membership sales. This is not just a coaching position. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, make people feel comfortable, guide prospects through the decision to join, and help deliver a great experience once they become members. The right person is energetic, personable, dependable, and confident talking to people. You do not need to be a CrossFit expert to succeed in this role. Sales ability, people skills, and the ability to coach safe, effective sessions are just as important as fitness experience. Responsibilities Conduct intro appointments with prospective members Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email Sell memberships and onboarding programs Welcome and onboard new members Coach beginner-friendly small group sessions and fitness programs Help members feel supported, motivated, and connected Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships Support front-of-house operations and day-to-day gym needs What We’re Looking For Strong people skills and a positive, professional attitude Comfortable having conversations that lead to a sale <
