Job Description

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour based on experience and education. Position Summary At the direction of Marketing & PR leadership, the Junior Graphic Designer supports Springbrook Partners and its affiliates by producing marketing content that aligns with Springbrook’s brand and communication goals. This role focuses on executing clear, engaging print and digital materials, including brochures, social media graphics, signage, PowerPoints, recruitment pieces, and general marketing collateral. Working alongside senior team members, the Junior Graphic Designer learns to take direction, interpret concepts, and produce polished designs. This individual is organized, eager to grow, receptive to feedback, and capable of handling multiple projects in a busy environment. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Design & Production Create visual materials that support marketing campaigns and organizational needs across digital and print formats. Produce and edit graphics for social media, websites, brochures, forms, infographics, banners, and event materials. Assist with layout updates, document formatting, and version control. Collaboration & Support Work closely with marketing associates, content specialists, and other team members to bring concepts to life. Take direction from senior designers and support them on larger-scale design projects. Edit, proof, and print materials, including last-minute revisions. Brand & Event Support Apply Springbrook’s brand standards consistently across all materials. Attend events to assist with setting up branded materials and other day-of design needs.
