Description We are seeking a Lead School Age Teacher to add to our growing team at our Gold (SUTQ) , NAC-accredited childcare and preschool center located in Middlefield, OH. We offer competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour (depending on experience and credentials) in addition to an industry-leading benefits package , underscoring our commitment to attracting and retaining top-quality educators and supporting staff members. Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating educational activities and supporting the overall well-being of young children. You should have previous experience working with groups of children age ranging from 5 years of age – 12 years of age . Responsibilities Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth. Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity. Promote positive group dynamics for safe, fun and team-building activities. Actively participate in program activities while maintaining control of the group during activities.
