Lions Launch Lions Launch is a reclassification gap year program designed specifically for current 8th grade students who would benefit from an intentional year of academic, athletic, and spiritual development before matriculating into high school. This strategic year allows students to strengthen foundational skills, mature socially and emotionally, and gain confidence in both the classroom and competitive environments – setting them up for long-term success in high school and beyond. We believe that sports and academics go hand in hand, and that both are powerful tools in shaping young men and women who honor Christ in every arena of life. Our mission is to cultivate the whole student – mind, body, and spirit – through rigorous academics, elite athletic training, and intentional discipleship. Through two academic periods and two athletic periods each day students are challenged to grow intellectually, compete with integrity, and develop Christlike character. Lions Launch students train in a state-of-the-art weight room and turf facility and learn in dedicated classroom spaces designed to foster focus, accountability, and excellence.
