A day in the life. Responsible for managing the Private Client/Personal Lines training program for all PCS colleagues in the MMA FL region. This role will work closely with the SVP of PCS as well as the Learning & Development Team to achieve MMA’s strategic learning and development goals. The PCS Trainer will design, implement & monitor the training program and oversee the implementation of various initiatives as defined with MMA’s strategic plan. Confer with and actively engages the management team and keeps leadership informed of significant matters where oversight is essential. As our PCS Trainer , you’ll Collaborate with PCS Senior Leadership to understand, develop, and execute on the PCS Training Program. Work with PCS Senior Leadership to identify, prioritize, design and deliver training programs to achieve strategic learning and development goals. Leverage & improve foundational curriculum for new hire onboarding and ongoing training support. Develop training content for new and existing colleagues for system functionality, best practices, etc. to
