What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a passionate, relationship-driven Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Instructor to work directly with students with disabilities in local schools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in educational settings, enjoys building community partnerships, and is motivated by student success. You will act as a vital connector between students, schools, parents, and vocational rehabilitation teams to prepare young people for meaningful employment and post-school life. Ideal Experience, Background & Skills: · Knowledge or experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities · Familiarity in Excel and Word · Experience in an school setting or with transition-aged youth. · Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, sociology, or human services (preferred, not required) · 2 years’ experience in education, vocational support, or disability services (preferred, not required) · Knowledge of marketing and developing networks for work site experiences and job shadows is essenti
