Job Description At Mariners Church Preschool (MCP), we’re passionate about creating a loving, Christ-centered environment where children (birth through 5 years old) grow in faith and thrive in early childhood development. Our assistant teachers play a key role in supporting teachers and classrooms, helping children feel safe, cared for, and ready to learn. We’re looking for warm, dependable Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team and partner with teachers in creating a strong foundation for children – spiritually, emotionally, socially, and academically. What You’ll Do As a Preschool Assistant Teacher at MCP, you’ll: Support the teacher in creating a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom where children feel loved, safe, and encouraged to grow.
