Sophos Speech and Academics Flagstaff Summer Academic Instructor Sophos Speech and Academics is seeking a Summer Academic Instructor to deliver individualized, high-quality instruction for students in kindergarten through 6th grade as part of our Flagstaff Summer Program. Sessions are conducted in individualized or small group formats at the Pine Canyon and Forest Highlands clubhouses, private student residences, or other agreed locations throughout the Flagstaff area. Instructors support core academic areas including reading, writing, math, and study skills in a personalized, high-quality setting. This is an independent contractor (1099) position within a structured seasonal program. Service Window Sessions are scheduled during summer program hours, generally between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Compensation $30 to $35 per instructional hour, commensurate with experience and scope of services.
