Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training Delivery & Operator Qualification Deliver standardized technical training to manufacturing operators across assembly and production lines. Clearly explain, demonstrate, and coach associates on processes, procedures, and standard work to ensure understanding and adherence. Provide hands-on support during skill acquisition to accelerate learning curves and reduce defects, errors, and rework. Validate and document operator proficiency and certification in alignment with approved training standards. Training Development & Continuous Improvement Develop, update, and maintain technical training content, including classroom materials, hands-on exercises, and visual work instructions. Apply adult learning theory, blended learning, and microlearning approaches to improve retention and on-the-job performance. Analyze training data, production performance indicators, audit findings, and trainee feedback to identify skill gaps and training needs. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives focused on training effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability. Compliance, Documentation & Governance Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records within the Learning Management System to support safety, quality, and regulatory
