Description Notice: This position is 100% onsite and based in Cottage Grove, WI. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role. Position Overview We are a leading global fitness company seeking a talented UI Designer to join our global marketing team. Reporting to the User Experience Manager, this role is responsible for designing visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces from concept to launch, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The UI Designer will create engaging interfaces for product GUIs, websites, and other digital initiatives that reflect the premium standard of our globally recognized brands. We are looking for a detail-oriented designer with strong visual design expertise and a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality digital experiences. Responsibilities • Design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for digital products, websites, and applications • Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine design concepts and ensure successful implementation • Present design work and rationale clearly, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve • Maintain visual consistency across products and uphold brand design standards • Stay current on UI trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate design quality • Support usability testing and apply insights to enhance user experience Marginal Job Functions: • Complete special projects as required • Assist in the development/education of UI/UX best practices Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, o
