Responsibilities include donor and administrative-related outreach, data entry, and helping fulfill donor gifts and benefits. Duties and Responsibilities : PragerU Donate Phone Line and Email: Serves as a point of contact on the PragerU Donor Services Team (phone line and email inquiries) Personally handle a high volume of inquiries or determine which inquiries need specialized assistance Determine which inquiries have the potential to result in significant gifts and alert the team for further research and follow-up Recommend and execute improvements to handling a high volume of inquiries for maximum efficiency and impact General Administrative: Keep accurate records of donor engagements in Virtuous Mailing/assembling department items such as letters, proposals, and meeting packets Assist with assembling donor gifts, informational packets, etc. Other administrative duties, including supporting the Director of Donor Relations as needed In support of gift officers, make follow-up calls to donors as needed Assist at local donor events and with various donor campaigns as needed Successful Candidates Will Possess :<
