The HR Generalist will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, with a strong focus on recruitment, training and development, and provide day-to-day support in multiple Human Resources functions to help maintain a positive work environment and ensure our growing workforce is skilled, supported, and aligned with company goals. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism along with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills on all levels within the organization. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and general employment-related matters. Assist in employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management processes Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes Help develop and enforce HR policies and procedures Contribute to HR reporting and compliance with state and federal labor laws Lead end-to-end
