Develop eLearning materials, certification content, and visually appealing presentations to simplify complex information. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create clear learning assets and performance support tools. Measure the effectiveness of programs using learner data and evaluation models; iterate based on insights. Requirements 5+ years of experience designing instructional solutions in a corporate environment. Expertise in outcome-based design methodologies and ability to write measurable learning goals. Advanced skills in PowerPoint for creating clear and engaging content. Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 or similar platforms. Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance content development and efficiency. Strong writing skills to convert complex ideas into clear learning content.
