Junior Account Executive – Design, Arts & Culture Department: Arts & Culture Employment Type: Full Time Location: PURPLE New York Description PURPLE is actively seeking a bright and enthusiastic Public Relations Junior Account Executive to join the Design, Arts & Culture team within the Lifestyle Division in the agency’s New York office. The Junior Account Executive will play an essential role in supporting the team to execute integrated communication campaigns and generate maximum exposure for clients. The right candidate must have a genuine interest in Design, Arts and Culture as well as communications more generally. Being organised, driven, proactive and enthusiastic are a must along with strong written communication skills. Key Responsibilities Monitoring all media, print, digital and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activity, scanning relevant articles for distribution around the team. Responsible for managing product deliveries in a timely manner. Handle product and image call-ins, and compile and manage all mass mail outs. Begin to build media relationships by attending press meetings or launch events. Compiling reports and coverage presentations for all clients. Supporting the team with key launches and events. Maintain and establish industry contacts with digital influencers and bloggers. Day-to-day support on mailings, events, social media promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, and reporting.
