To operate a Solventless Laminator safely, efficiently, productively while producing a quality product in accordance to company and customer specifications. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities : Operate SAL (solventless-adhesive-laminator) Load and unload printed and non-printed rolls on Laminator with the assistance of lifting carts and hoist. Interpret and understand written information, (Orders, SOP’s, print roll tickets, etc.) Secure finished laminated rolls to pallet with wood chucks and straps securely and to SOP instructions. . Operate air powered pumps Safe handling of solvents and adhesives Assemble glue assembly and hoses as needs Able to start up machine from a complete shut down Able to clean machine up and put into a complete shut down
