We have an opportunity for a Landscape Foreman to join our team in our Bradenton, FL location. This role is Full-Time and expected to work (10-hour days Monday-Thursday). Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate : Organize job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members Supervise : Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations Train : Teach crew members about landscaping techniques and safety Maintain : Ensure that landscaping projects are of high quality Ensure safety : Follow safety and security protocols and ensure a safe work environment Troubleshoot : Identify and fix problems with grounds maintenance Manage equipment : Ensure that the right tools and equipment are available Manage budget : Organize and track budget data Perform hands-on work : Plant, mow, prune, weed, and perform other landscaping tasks Qualifications : Knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems Knowledge of common landscape problems and deficiencies Ability to work with hand and power tools Able to operate hea
