Maintenance Specialist JOB SUMMARY: Safely works together with Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to make sure that all building, equipment, and machines are running properly; troubleshoots issues by observing mechanical/electrical devices in operation; removes defective parts by dismantling devices; uses hoists, cranes, hand, and power tools; examines form and texture of parts; determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; documents all maintenance activity.
