Role Overview Converge Marketing is seeking an experienced Paid Media Buyer to lead the execution, management, and optimization of campaigns across a diverse mix of digital channels, including paid search, social, and lightweight programmatic. This is a hands-on role requiring full ownership of campaign performance, from initial planning and setup through ongoing optimization and reporting. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Google advertising platforms and a strong working knowledge of all major social media buying environments. This individual should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple campaigns while consistently driving performance improvements. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to optimize toward key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume, while maintaining efficiency and scalability across accounts.
