What You’ll Do: In the Practicum Coordinator role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and practicum placement for student interns across multiple programs and service sites. Intern placements include master’s level, bachelor’s level, associate level, and certificate programs among a range of positions and programs in a social service agency. Recruit, screen, and assess student readiness, learning goals, and risk level to match them to appropriate sites across the agency Monitor placement quality and intervene when concerns arise, including facilitating corrective action plans or reassignment of interns in collaboration with supervisors and academic partners Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners in higher education Serve as the primary liaison between Interfaith, academic institutions, and internal supervisors to ensure all practicum requirem
