This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, remote-first environment, driving meaningful change through thoughtful design. \n Accountabilities Work with AI tools to accelerate the design process and innovate on product designs. Collaborate closely with Design and Product leadership to define and execute a forward-thinking design strategy. Create and validate design hypotheses through experimentation, leveraging A/B tests. Ensure designs are aligned with the design system and interaction patterns. Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets in Figma and other AI tools. Design interactive prototypes to communicate flows and micro-interactions. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible. Help maintain and evolve the design system through thoughtful application. Requirements 5 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio. Deep experience with AI design tools and mobile-first design. Strong visual design skills with attention to typography and layout. Expertise in Figma with components and prototyping capabilities. Solid foundation in interaction design and user-centered thinking. Ability to adapt across projects and comfort in receiving feedback. Benefits C
