Harmony Design Group, a premier Landscape Architecture and construction firm, is seeking a seasoned Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our team! About Harmony Design Group : Founded in 2005, Harmony Design Group has a passion for building and designing beautiful landscapes. We work on residential projects in New Jersey and New York. Our projects are fast-paced, high-end projects. Compensation and Benefits for our Sales Specialist: We are offering a base plus commission compensation structure with overall total compensation ranging $85,000 to $115,000 depending on experience. We offer company sponsored medical benefits, a 401k with profit sharing, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 1 week of paid sick leave, and 6 paid company holidays. Requirements for our Sales Specialist: 5+ years of sales/business development experience, ideally in a service-based industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present creative solutions and close deals Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools (experience with Aspire is a plus, but is not required) Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Responsibilities of our Sales Specialist: Meet with prospective clients to understand their landscaping vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets, achieving consistent revenue growth Collaborate with design team and present detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and design concepts that align with client expectations and budget Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact from initial consultation through execution of signed contracts Collaborate with the design and build teams to ensure seamless hand
