Role Overview The Senior Designer, Intimates & Loungewear will be responsible for leading the product conception, creative direction, and design execution across both Intimates and Lounge categories for our Passionata brand. This role will focus on both full-price and off-price business channels, supporting a fast-growing organization that is continuing to evolve and scale. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in intimate apparel construction and fabrication, with a strong understanding of fabrics, fit, comfort, and trend-right design. This individual will partner cross-functionally to drive innovative, commercially successful product assortments that align with brand vision, customer needs, and business objectives. This role requires a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing business environment that is not yet fully matured in process or structure.
