Our services are designed to extend infrastructure life expectancy, bring collection systems into compliance, and ultimately improve surrounding waterways and the environment. Carylon operates a nationwide platform of 15 operating companies delivering trenchless rehabilitation solutions across the United States. Position Overview: Carylon is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to help build and lead a centralized corporate estimating function supporting our operating companies nationwide. This role is not a traditional, siloed estimating position. The successful candidate will play a key role in standardizing bidding practices, developing production-based cost models, and improving bid accuracy and win rates across a diverse portfolio of publicly bid municipal work. The ideal candidate has experience in heavy civil, underground utilities, or trenchless rehabilitation (CIPP preferred) and is comfortable working in a unit-price, production-driven environment.
