What we are looking for: 8-15 years of experience in interior design or architecture with a focus on Workplace Interiors projects Based in Washington, DC A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Interior Design or Architecture Strong design vision and ability to create concepts, finish palettes, and refined design aesthetic. Technical expertise in code analysis (ADA/IBC, etc.), consultant coordination (hardware, architectural, MEP, lighting, structural, acoustic, security, etc.), with the ability to deliver creative, functional, and compliant design solutions Proven ability to collaborate with multiple team members to develop refined and compelling design concepts, translating them into clear presentations and detailed design documentation Expertise in crafting clear, high-quality construction document sets, with a focus on detailed coo
