Lasso Labs is looking for someone who’s genuinely plugged into social media culture — you know what’s trending before it peaks, you understand what makes content stop the scroll, and you’re always thinking about what to post next. We need a content creator who can move fast, stay on-trend, and make stuff people actually want to watch and share. We’re talking short-form videos, trending audio, product drops, BTS content, and whatever else the algorithm is hungry for that week. This role will begin as a temporary contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and team fit. What You’ll Do Create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and wherever else our audience is hanging out Brainstorm and execute creative concepts that bring Lasso, CronchClub, and Froobies to life online Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats and translate them into content that actually fits our brands Keep a consistent posting rhythm across multiple brand accounts without letting anything slip Track performance, learn fast, and apply it to the next piece of content Sho
