Position: We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Studio Assistant / Photography Stylist to join our on-site team. The majority of your day-to-day will be spent acting as the right-hand assistant to our lead photographer and taking ownership of our expansive digital image library. Some of your time will be dedicated to hands-on apparel styling for our shoots. One day you might be managing lighting gear on a football field or pinning uniforms in the studio; the next, you will be retouching files and organizing assets for our external partners. Responsibilities: Post-Production & Asset Management: Take ownership of maintaining and managing our in-house digital image library, ensuring all files are accurately named, backed up, and easily searchable for internal teams. Upload, tag, and organize finished images into our external image library for use by outside partners and vendors. Perform image retouching to finalize assets for marketing, e-commerce, and catalog use. Studio & Assisting Duties: Act as the lead photographer’s right hand, assisting with lighting setups, set building, and background changes for both studio and location shoots.
