The Volume is a digital media company built around strong voices, unique perspectives, and influential personalities. In addition to our core content business, we operate a growing e-commerce operation focused on apparel and accessories. We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Talent Producer to lead talent booking and relationships across our network, working closely with entertainment and sports representatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping content by identifying, securing, and managing talent while ensuring a seamless experience from pitch through production. This is a full-time, in-office role based in our New York office. What You’ll Do : Own the end-to-end talent booking process, from outreach and pitching to confirmation and execution. Identify and secure high-impact talent across sports, entertainment, and culture to align with programming goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with publicists, agents, teams, managers, and talent directly. Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to ideate and pitch talent-driven content.
