Summary of Position : The Senior Web Designer & SharePoint Administrator is responsible for the architecture, design, development, deployment, and sustainment of Microsoft SharePoint environments supporting organizational collaboration, knowledge management, and automated business processes. This role ensures optimal site performance, security compliance, and user experience while working closely with stakeholders to capture and implement mission requirements through modern web design, custom workflows, and integrated solutions. This position could potentially be in any of the following locations: Shape, Vicenza, Stuttgart, Wiesbaden, Grafenwöhr, Vilseck, Hohenfels, and Kaiserslautern. Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested) Lead the planning, setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint Server environments, including permissions, content management, and site collections. Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, dashboards, forms, and workflows aligned with organizational branding and functional mission needs. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into automated solutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Apps, and Power Automate . Implement user-friendly web design and UI/UX improvements to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
