Job Description The Mission Critical Group team in Brookston, Indiana specializes in designing and building custom electrical switchgear and controls for a variety of applications. We engineer, build, and deploy specialized switchgear and control systems for the power generation industry. We are agile, fast-paced, and our goal is to provide our customers with clever, cost-effective products and solutions. Under the direct supervision of the Shop Manager, the Assembly Technician performs wiring, assembly, and installation work on assigned switchgear at a basic level. The Assembly Technician will follow specific schedules and procedures including safety protocol, installation processes, and other instructions. The target end date on this internship is August 7th, 2026.
