Creating a positive environment for guests while they enjoy cocktails, liquor, wine and other beverages and bites is imperative. The primary responsibility of a Bartender is to deliver and exceed guest expectations while serving cocktails, liquor and other guest requests. The bartender is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bar, memorizing food, cocktail and wine list menus, and completing any other tasks requested by management. Your day-to-day Observe customers as they enter the bar area and ensure that they are greeted promptly and seated in a timely and friendly manner. Verify ID and age of guests when necessary.
